Eligibility
The Contest is open to all physicians on the KeyOps network including newly sign-up physicians during the Contest Period (a "Participant").

‍How to participate in the Contest
To enter the Contest, Participants must refer oncologists to the KeyOps network during the Contest Period. Participants will get one (1) eligible entry in the Contest per referral and the referred oncologist will also get one (1) entry.

‍Prize
There is one (1) prize of 100,000 Aeroplan Points (the “Prize”). KeyOps is not responsible for any ancillary costs associated with using the Prize. The approximate total value of the prize is $3,000. The winning Participant must be an active Aeroplan member. Non-Aeroplan members can enroll online at aircanada.com/joinaeroplan. Aeroplan membership is free. The winning Participant can opt to receive a $3,000 gift card for Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts in place of the Prize.

‍Prize Draw
A random draw will be held from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period to select the winner of the Prize. In order to be declared a winner, the Participant selected by random draw will be contacted by e-mail by KeyOps, and must confirm acceptance as a selected Participant within three (3) calendar days of contact. If the selected Participant cannot be contacted, another Participant will be selected by way of random draw. Pending the approval of the winner, an email will be sent to all Participants announcing the winner.

‍General Terms and Conditions
‍The Contest is limited to new sign-ups to the KeyOps network from oncologists practicing in Canada. The donation amount will be calculated based on the number of new oncologist sign-ups during the Contest Period in the amount of $25 per sign-up with a limit of $2,500.
